Nisa explains that she enjoys projecting a bold, distant persona online, but in reality, she has a gentle and soft-spoken nature. Unique hair colors are undeniably beautiful, akin to works of art, but for consumers with little experience in dyeing, it can be a daunting step. Nisa recommends starting with partial block dyeing, such as adding unique colors to the inner layers of bangs or the tips of the hair. This method allows for an easy transition back to brown tones later without much hassle. As hair grows out, the unique color can simply be trimmed away. "After all," Nisa notes, "women often like to switch hairstyles every three to four months."

However, as Nisa explains, proper post-bleach care can effectively prevent significant damage. According to her, 80% of fading is related to personal care habits, while 20% is influenced by the dye quality. One of the most exciting aspects of dyeing hair is the gradual transformation, as the color fades into different shades over time. This means clients can enjoy two to three colors for the price of one!

Throughout the coloring and styling process, clients open up about all aspects of their lives—marital issues, family dynamics, academic concerns, love troubles, or even struggles with not finding love. Little Secret has become a safe haven, like a "hollow tree," where clients feel comfortable sharing their worries. With a gentle smile, Nisa says, "I think they may lack someone in their lives who truly listens to them, so I get to be that great listener for them."
