Following the opening of its first location in Taipei’s East District, this marks the brand’s first expansion to another city. Compared to the minimalist Korean-inspired style of the Taipei branch, the Taichung flagship has made a name for itself in central Taiwan with its modern French minimalist design. In the past, the mauve-toned storefront, pink cabinets, and eye-catching carousel at the entrance of M-Palace Wenxin Branch evoked a “Korean princess style,” creating a dreamy atmosphere as soon as customers stepped inside. Manager James recalled that at first, the pink décor led many to assume the salon only catered to female clients. However, thanks to a few stylists who specialized in men’s styling, the salon gradually gained popularity online. “As a result, more and more male customers started coming in—sometimes, the entire salon would be full of men,” James said with a laugh.

Over the past four years, M-Palace has continually listened to customer feedback and evolved with changing trends, constantly upgrading itself. Today, the flagship store’s interior has transformed from its sweet pink aesthetic to a more modern French minimalist "cream style", giving the space a refined, elevated feel. Customers can sense the “upgraded” atmosphere the moment they step inside. In addition to the updated design, the flagship store features several other major upgrades:

The newly upgraded M-Palace Flagship has expanded from 14 to 27 seats. With more stations available, customers no longer have to wait for a spot, and stylists can serve each client more efficiently and professionally.

Manager James shared that the new location solves the salon’s long-standing parking issue. With plenty of parking just a 1-minute walk away, customers can now arrive stress-free. For returning clients, the relocation didn’t make the salon feel farther—it actually feels closer than ever, thanks to easier access and door-to-door convenience.
